Nominations for positions on the board closed on the 22nd of September 2025.

We received 7 nominations for the seven available board positions. We are excited to announce Mark de Hosson and John O'Neill, both longtime members who will join the board to replace two current board members that will stand down at this year's AGM.

I would also like to thank Wayne Rigney who served on the board for 4 years (3 as Chairman) and Tim Sinclair for his service over the past 2 years (one as Treasurer). The Diddy has been very lucky to have them both.

The new board will be appointed at the conclusion of the AGM 2025.
