Function Enquiries
VENUE HIRE/BOOKING
For all function enquiries please fill out the form and someone will be in touch via email as soon as possible.
We currently have 3 different private areas:
On the lower green there are 2 separate marquees (Carpark and Lawnside), these are ideal spaces for outdoor events or children’s parties as they allow for activities on the greens (i.e. jumping castles, children’s entertainers) in addition to this there is also a hall inside the clubhouse (see the venue map below and/or photos of “our spaces”). These areas are all weatherproof and have heating for the cooler months. The private spaces all have a hire fee of $200, for private/exclusive use of the area.
Alternatively for a more casual function, you can book a section in the beer garden on the top green, this is free to book but organised children’s activities and jumping castles are not allowed.
*Please note there is no minimum spend in any of the areas*
CATERING
It is not a requirement to order off the catering menu for your function, you are allowed to get your guests to order their own food/drinks on the day of your function, however external catering is strictly prohibited. Cake and sweets are the exception to this rule and can be brought in at no cost.
